Our process

Effective Managers are critical to translate and execute on strategy, and can make - or break – your culture.  Coaching at this level helps individuals transition into management roles, develop a proactive approach to change and anticipate emerging challenges and opportunities. 

Typically this programme comprises 6 x 1 hour sessions over 3 months or more, with support available outside of scheduled sessions.
