About Me

Stephen Edward has a passion for personal development, and creating environments in which people can grow and thrive.  He is a highly experienced Change and Transformation Professional, with more than twenty-five years’ expertise working in senior leadership roles, and has become a much sought after interim manager and advisor on technology and business enablement.

Stephen started his coaching journey in 2011 after attending The Naked Leader development programme, and spent the next 5 years putting principles into practice,  working with several private and public sector organisations.

In 2016 Stephen became an NLP Practitioner, and provided coaching and mentoring services alongside independent technology consultancy, and in 2020 Stripe Performance was established as a coaching practice to deliver services for both individuals and organisations.

Aside from coaching and technology, Stephen is an active cook, musician, mid-life cyclist and part-time songwriter.

Stephen is a member of The Association for Coaching and receives regular supervision for his coaching work.
